Expert technical support is included with every Everleap account at no additional charge. Our support staff are all here in our Los Angeles offices, nothing is outsourced.
How to get support
First, we have answers to common questions in our Knowledge Base.
You can also post general questions (e.g., coding, design) in our
community forum. Our staff and all our customers can help each other.
The primary method of contacting our customer supoprt teams is to open a ticket in our
Help Center using your control panel login credentials.
We answer tickets on average within one hour. We will respond to all tickets within 24 hours.
For complex issues that require more communication, we will schedule a phone call or set up a shared desktop video conference session.
